OT Construction LLC is a concrete and outdoor living contractor based in Federal Way, Washington. We serve homeowners and light commercial properties across Pierce and South King County, building driveways, patios, overlays, retaining walls, and the drainage and waterproofing work that keeps all of it, and your foundation, dry.
How we work
- We run our own equipment. We do our own excavation, so digging, grading, forming, and pouring are handled by one company rather than handed between trades.
- Water first. In western Washington, drainage decides how long concrete lasts. We look at where the water goes before we price a slab or a wall.
- Plain answers. If an overlay won’t work on your slab, we say so. If a wall needs an engineer, we say that too.
- Decorative work is a specialty. Stamped, colored, and textured finishes are a big part of what we build, especially for outdoor living spaces.
Registered, bonded, and insured
Washington requires construction contractors to be registered with the Department of Labor & Industries, and to be bonded and insured. OT Construction LLC’s registration number is OTCONCL809PA. You can look up any contractor’s registration, and check for violations, on the L&I contractor lookup.
